Ground Control Academy Birthday Parties

Host a birthday party your child will never forget at Ground Control Academy. We combine fun and focus, teaching the kids basic martial arts in a playful environment. Plus, your child gets the special honor of cutting the cake with a Samurai sword!

Choose from a variety of party packages, all supervised by our certified instructors and staff. We make it easy for you by providing all decorations, utensils, and plates. For ultimate convenience, we can also arrange for a themed cake of your choice.

Birthday PArty FAQ's

Yes, we’ll have tables set up for you. As well as provide cups, plates, napkins, cutlery and tablecloths.

Yes, you can bring your own food.

We are a “nut aware” facility. Peanuts and nuts are prohibited.

Absolutely! We will decorate the space with balloons and streamers.

We don’t allow glitter/confetti.

Please notify us if you plan to bring a piñata.

Our parties are 2 hours long.

We host our parties on Saturdays Only.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION REQUEST

Please note our cancellation policy requires 14 days notice prior to the next billing cycle. This form will serve as your 14-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 14-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. I understand that by submitting this form, my membership at Ground Control Academy will be terminated, and I will no longer have access to the facilities and services provided. This also means that any unused portion of my membership fees will not be refunded, and I will be responsible for any outstanding balances on my account, and authorize Ground Control Academy to charge any remaining fees to the payment method on file.
