Little Ninjas (Ages 5-7)
Confidence, Focus, and Fun!
Our Little Ninjas Jiu Jitsu program builds confidence, coordination, resilience, and discipline through fun, structured Jiu Jitsu training. Your child will learn how to listen, follow instructions, and develop essential social skills starting the second they begin training – all while staying active and having a blast! Plus, Jiu Jitsu teaches kids how to stay calm and composed in stressful situations – rather than resorting to aggression or frustration, an absolutely essential skill for all young kids to develop.
Is your little ninja a hockey player? BJJ improves balance, body awareness, and agility – fantastic complimentary skills for young hockey players!

Youth BJJ (Ages 8-12)
