Hi, I’m Brandi . I am a Certified Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of practice and seven years of teaching experience. I love all things anatomy, alignment and biomechanics and am dedicated to teaching yoga and movement that are both accessible and sustainable.
I offer classes that combine ancient yoga principles and modern movement science to educate and empower my students to move and feel better in their bodies. I use breathwork and mindfulness techniques to support the nervous system and strengthen the mind-body connection, and focus on mobility, strength and flexibility to increase robustness and resilience in the body.
Yoga has changed and improved my life in so many wonderful ways. I am more joyful, peaceful, mindful, flexible, strong and body-aware because of it, and am passionate about sharing this beautiful practice and all of its benefits with others.
With over 500 hours of yoga training, I am certified to teach Hatha Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. I also have advanced trainings and certifications in Whole Body Alignment, Integrated Yoga Therapeutics, Applied Biomechanics, Yoga Detour Method and Threes Physiyoga Method.
