Ground Control Academy is a community focused martial arts academy that teaches the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to people of any athletic ability, age, or background. It is our mission to assist our students in developing themselves both mentally and physically, no matter their starting point, through the crucible of trials that Jiu Jitsu affords. This is accomplished through professional, enthusiastic and adaptable instruction that follows a unique, structured curriculum to cultivate a well-rounded knowledge base, ensuring success in both self-defense and competition.
