Jeff enjoys Jiu Jitsu with his entire family, training alongside his wife and kids. He has many years experience training Judo, and continues to challenge himself on the mats training in our adult Jiu Jitsu program. Don’t let his friendly looks fool you, Jeff is the enforcer on the mats and can often be found assigning push ups to those breaking the academy rules in our kids programs.

Jeff brings great life experience being an entrepreneur, and is constantly positively contributing to our community within GCA and the greater community of Ardrossan so we are incredibly grateful to have him on the team.
